What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive growth across all customer accounts, focusing on new OEM and machine builder relationships
Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to pursue end customer business effectively
Influence purchasing decisions and meet assigned sales targets within the defined territory
Educate customers on product differentiation and guide them to customized solutions
Regularly report market conditions and competitor trends to the leadership team

What is Required (Qualifications):

BA/BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education
Minimum of 3 years of outside technical sales experience, preferably in motion control with motors/drives/controls
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical competence in relevant product applications
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a technical sales role within the industrial manufacturing sector
Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined selling processes
Background in factory automation or related fields
