• Work with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and improve product offerings

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4-5+ years of related sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including UL, IEEE, NEC, and IEC
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• In-depth knowledge of customer and market dynamics
• Ability to prospect, qualify, and close new customers effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• A creative and curious mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Results-driven attitude with a competitive spirit
