Outside Sales Representative Restoration and Carpet Cleaning Industry

The franchise territory is 35 miles surrounding the Davenport, FL area.

• Proven outside sales experience in restoration, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning or a related industry.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
• Expertise in damage assessment and providing accurate restoration estimates.
• Familiarity with insurance adjusters and the claims process.
• Proficiency in Xactimate, CRM software (we use Workiz), and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Mold/Water Damage certifications (IICRC AMRT or equivalent) is a plus but not required.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve $50K in sales within the first 90 days.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct site inspections and present tailored proposals.
• Close sales and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

This is a performance-based commission position. After 4 weeks hitting sales targets you will receive weekly guaranteed income. Approved expenses and meals covered.
