What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and expand relationships with large employers (750 - 5,000 employees) to drive new business and long-term partnerships
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities from initial outreach to signed agreements across your territory
  • Deliver compelling presentations advocating for comprehensive cancer and condition management in employer health strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast through analysis of market trends and pipeline health
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience focusing on large employers within the region
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and experience closing complex deals in a competitive market
  • Proven sales history with consistent quota attainment of 100% for the past 3+ years, closing deals valued at $500K+
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Significant past experience selling to employers within the specific territory for this role
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
