What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive incremental revenue
  • Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for relationship building
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
  • Experience utilizing telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
