Job DetailsAs an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

- Paid 16‑week training for licensed hires; 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
- Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
- All incoming warm leads – no cold calls.
- Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
- Available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
- All computer equipment provided. Work‑at‑home requirements include a professional workspace, dedicated desk, and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download and 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
- 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Excellent communication skills for prospects and customers.
- Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (training will be provided if not currently held).
