Sales Engineers DACH region

Due to our successful growth strategy, we are looking for open and communicative personalities to join INNOVATEST Deutschland as Sales Engineers for the DACH region
.

• Expand the existing sales territory, strengthen current customer relationships, and actively acquire new customers
• Provide expert advice to our customers and training in all technical and commercial matters related to our product range
• Work closely with our specialist departments such as application engineering, research, and development
• Engage in strategic, solution-oriented, and proactive collaboration with our existing team in Germany and our headquarters in the Netherlands
• Independently create sales plans for your territory and efficiently schedule customer visits
• Represent the company at trade fairs, plan your customer visits efficiently, and serve as the main point of contact on-site

• Ideally, you bring a strong technical affinity combined with commercial know-how
• A completed technical or commercial education with further training as a technician, or a degree in mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in technical field sales, preferably in the field of materials testing
• High self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and well-developed negotiation and sales abilities
• Willingness to travel within your sales region
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Proficient in using common MS Office programs
