Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Performance Officer to join our team in Singapore and play a critical role in developing commercial solutions that meet Eutelsat customer needs. In this position, you’ll work closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Technical and Innovation teams, Satellite Control, Teleport Operations, Legal, and Finance colleagues, contributing directly to our ongoing commercial and connectivity projects.

You are a highly organized and methodical professional with strong analytical skills and a curiosity for telecommunications. You thrive in a team‑oriented environment, communicate confidently, and enjoy solving complex problems. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with diverse teams, and ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

The successful candidate will work at the hearth of our Connectivity Business unit. The Sales Performance Officer will have a central role in building a commercial solution meeting Eutelsat customer need. She/He will be based in Singapore, city to follow the development of the connectivity commercial activities, and will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Support the sales force by managing the sales pipeline and the quotation workflow
  • Spot urgent deals and help the sales force organize their sales plan
  • Analyze complex contracts signed with customers of various sectors
  • Register the key elements of these contracts in the CRM
  • Ease the sales workflow to ensure that customers get their contracts rapidly
  • Guarantee the respect of the group sales procedures
  • Follow the life of contracts and update the CRM accordingly
  • Keep customer accounts updated in the CRM
