What you will do- Build, expand, and manage a strong distributor and partner network across Eastern Europe.
- Advise distributors and key accounts on our mobile and stationary X‑ray, CT, ultrasound devices, and imaging software – with technical expertise and solution‑oriented consulting.
- Develop local sales strategies, tenders, and promotional activities to strengthen our market presence.
- Represent OR Technology at regional conferences, trade fairs, and customer events.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and contribute actively to our international growth strategy.
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the medical device sector – ideally in imaging systems (X‑ray, CT, or related technologies).
- Strong experience in building and managing distributor networks in Eastern Europe.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English – knowledge of Russian, Polish, Czech or other Eastern European languages is desirable.
- Self‑driven, structured, and able to work independently from a home office, with frequent travel across the region.
