What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to create demand for products
  • Conduct regular visits to customer facilities to identify selling opportunities and understand customer needs
  • Drive demand creation through solution selling and a solid understanding of supply chain solutions
  • Stay current on product knowledge and maintain accurate supplier databases
  • Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable earnings tied to sales-related goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and create demand in a sales environment
  • Strong understanding of technical needs and supply chain solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in electronic component distribution or related industries
  • Technical certifications related to RF, Wireless, IoT, or Power Technologies
  • Demonstrated success in a remote sales role
  • Familiarity with supplier training and product line management
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs
