• Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the assigned region
• Partner with local sales teams to identify new and existing customer opportunities
• Develop and implement a multi‑quarter sales plan aligned with territory and regional goals
• Conduct personalized customer presentations on digital workflows
• Regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify and pursue new opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within a dental/medical company or 5 years of B2B outside sales experience
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to comprehend and verbalize technical equipment and software

• Proven track record in B2B sales
• Hunter mindset with proactive customer prospecting
• Advanced negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Team player who can work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM
