Job Responsibilities
  • Sell finance and insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals and effectively overcome objections
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular visits and evaluation of needs for new opportunities
  • Identify non‑F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist for growth
  • Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure product knowledge
  • Stay informed about competitors and market challenges through ongoing training and industry involvement
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, F&I provider, or retail dealership
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision‑makers
  • Strong business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills
  • High school diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer‑centric financial services environment
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and resilience in sales
  • Familiarity with market trends and industry‑specific challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
