- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
- Utilize solution selling techniques to uncover prospects' needs and position value propositions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and support team success
- 3-5 years of SaaS field sales experience
- In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry and/or SaaS products within the supply chain industry
- Proven ability to sell solutions rather than just products
- Experience in a technical and engineering environment or supply chain capacity
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as and Oracle
- Experience with data, analytics, or AI software sales
- Ability to prepare and present comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQ )
- Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent with a willingness to learn
- Innovative self-starter willing to challenge the status quo
