  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Identify and research businesses that can benefit from the company's services.
  • Conduct 50-100 sales calls and emails per day to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the outside sales team based on qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and detailed information.
  • Prepare reports on a regular basis as required.
  • Achieve monthly activity and lead generation targets to meet revenue goals.
  • Provide requested information to prospects and follow up with thank you notes and letters.
  • Perform other necessary duties as assigned.
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • 6+ months of experience in B2B outbound call center or equivalent prospecting/cold calling.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow a systematic sales process.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in lead generation and/or social media roles.
  • Proven track record of successful sales or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with the commercial building maintenance industry.
