What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within customer organizations
  • Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Sales Force/CRM technology and telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
