Position: Nobel Biocare Digital Sales Manager (Remote-Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the assigned region
  • Partner with local sales teams to identify new and existing customer opportunities
  • Build and deliver personalized presentations on the employer's digital workflow solutions
  • Develop and implement a multi-quarter sales plan aligned with territory and regional goals
  • Regularly analyze CRM data to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the dental or medical industry, or 5 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Valid state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate technical equipment and software information

  • Proven track record in B2B sales with a hunter mindset
  • Advanced negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
