WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The SSR-II provides support services to the Account Managers. Among other duties, their responsibilities include quoting, researching product information, and data entry.
- Conduct basic product research
- Add new products to the database
- Update database pricing
- Use basic Visio for diagramming
- Design sales quotes and scopes of work
- Verify correct parts for proposed customer solutions
- Communicate weekly with customers and their respective Account Managers
- Outbound telemarketing calls to prospect for new customers
- Report new customer opportunities weekly
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Associate degree or minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
- Four (4) or more years of technology/information systems technical solution sales experience required.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce, and Visio.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills, including knowledge of professional telephone etiquette.
- Good problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to learn basic technical product information.
- Ability to work under pressure.
