Role OverviewThe Sales Specialist is responsible for solution-based selling, driving new business and managing ongoing client relationships. You will oversee integrated content marketing campaigns from start to finish and customize campaigns based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Research industry trends and develop campaign themes and content concepts.
- Identify and secure relevant influencers, experts, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with campaign objectives.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and identify potential clients.
- Pitch campaigns and Mediaplanet products to Mid‑Market and Enterprise companies.
- Secure new business by matching client goals with solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long‑term relationships through proactive communication.
- Ensure a strong understanding of client needs, objectives, and expectations.
- Oversee campaign execution in partnership with the production team, managing timelines, deadlines, and quality control.
- Ensure on‑time campaign launches that meet client and campaign goals.
- 2–4 years of professional experience (sales, project management, or customer success).
- Proven experience managing client relationships and closing new business.
- Strong phone‑based pitching and outbound prospecting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- (Preferred) B2B industry experience in healthcare and/or technology.
- (Preferred) Experience in media, advertising, or content marketing.

Compensation- Base Salary: $65,000
- Commission:
Uncapped - On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $101,000
