Position: Product Sales Executive - Digital and Automation - Midwest/Central Zone(Remote)

Product Sales Executive - Digital and Automation (Northern Lakes/Great Lakes) – Remote

In this role you’ll drive growth and successful adoption of our Digital & Automation imaging IT solutions across the Northern Lakes and Great Lakes territories, supporting clinical facilities in improving access, quality, and efficiency of care.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives for Digital & Automation imaging IT solutions across assigned territory, accounts and health network systems.
  • Possess deep domain knowledge of healthcare IT and imaging IT.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of clinical IT workflows for Radiology, Cardiology and Pathology.
  • Provide consultative sales support that addresses customer needs through sale and adoption of Diagnostic Imaging Digital and Automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders within your assigned territory.
  • Establish and cultivate a healthy funnel of opportunities.
  • Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans.
  • Maintain accurate sales projections and ensure transparency during forecast reviews.
  • Educate internal colleagues on key market trends, customer needs and how the value proposition of our solutions can help.
Leadership & People Excellence
  • Collaborate with the team to provide effective Customer Solutions and drive high Customer Satisfaction.
  • Own deals, sales process and sales tools, ensuring accountability and driving individual and team success.
  • Serve as Strategic, Clinical/Business Partner to the Zone and Business Lines.
  • Drive Customer focus within the organization and contribute to planning of Customer‑related product development measures.
  • Support strategic key customer business development when needed.
  • Provide excellence in win/loss reporting, trending and solution development for future deals.
  • Capture competitive conversions and manage installed base, including CDV and RS.
  • Use CRM data to improve market strategies and effectiveness.
  • Deliver transparency to forecast and achieve business line‑specific goals.
  • Support must‑win/multi‑unit/multi‑modality deals.
  • Collaborate on Customer account strategy with Account Executives, KAA, RVPs, SCA Manager, Federal Account Managers and Service teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong Customer ladder to drive customer satisfaction.
Education

Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Imaging, IT, Health Informatics, Business, Marketing or a related field, plus 5+ years’ experience in a clinical or sales environment. Preferred experience selling healthcare IT solutions into clinical/hospital environments or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills Required
  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years Healthcare/Imaging IT sales experience to a hospital call point.
  • Capacity to sell in complex environments.
  • Experience carrying large quotas and working with long sales cycles, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding those quotas.
  • Experience with sales quotas and forecasting.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Skills Preferred
  • Professional experience in a major Healthcare Imaging organization or Enterprise Imaging IT company, preferably in both sales and product management.
  • Advanced understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation and performance management.
  • Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller‑Heiman, etc.
Location & Travel

Remote / Office Based – Field Based/Customer Facing. Preferred home base located in Detroit, Minneapolis, Milwaukee or comparable large city. Travel up to 50%.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $76,000‑$104,000 annually; the annual incentive target is $90,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
