Mission
We are building a best-in-class Commercial Team and establishing a repeatable go-to-market motion. We are hiring a team of high caliber Enterprise SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success professionals to thoughtfully engage VPs, General Managers, and other corporate decision makers across the Medical Device Industry. Our Commercial Team takes a proactive, consultative, and high-touch approach when working with customers, investing heavily in pre-sales through onboarding and training to ensure customers are on the road to success from Day 1.

Responsibilities- Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Answer customers’ questions, resolve their concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails.
- Explain and demonstrate the functions and features of products and services.
- Maintain and improve the database of prospects.
- Research new leads.
- Keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
- Upsell products and services.
- 2 to 5 years experience in Lead Generation or inside sales.
- Expect to travel approximately 50% of the time, including quarterly business reviews, industry events, and onsite visits with customers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily.
- Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
- SaaS sales experience.
- IT experience.

OTE salary range: $150,000 to $200,000. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided.
