The Inside Sales Representative (Inbound Remote) position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. - Starting base salary is $45,000 per year with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
- Top performing agents can earn up to $85,000+ in their second year and onward.
As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding prospects through the policy selection process.
- Consult with customers on insurance needs and match correct coverages to convert leads into policyholders.
- Use sales expertise to turn prospects into confident Liberty Mutual policyholders.
- Represent the Liberty brand, believing in what you’re selling and connecting customers to the right products.
- Adapt well to different environments, schedules, and varying needs of policyholders.
- Care sincerely for customers to provide quality products and services.
- Paid training begins remote from day one.
- Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time.
- All computer equipment is provided.
- 2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well with both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty License required after hire.
