Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr.

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
• Adapt to various work environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach and uphold integrity in all sales interactions.

• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with prospects and customers.
• Analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in typing and computer use.
• Property & Casualty License required after hire.

• Paid training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires, including licensing.

• Schedule:
  
  4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST) for at least 12 months.
• All computer equipment provided; work‑from‑home requires a professional workspace, dedicated desk, and wired high‑speed internet (≥100 Mbps download, ≥20 Mbps upload).

• Paid training and licensing in all 50 states.
• Unlimited earning potential with generous commissions.
• Starting base salary $45k with growth opportunities; average earnings $55k–$75k, top performers can exceed $85k.
