• Collect and manage agency profile information and maintain contact management
• Provide weekly reporting on activities and meet with senior management for territory reviews

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience
• CA Excess & Surplus License required (must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines

• At least 10 years of experience in a P&C insurance sales capacity
