Position: Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Sales VP’s, and / or National Account Managers

Sales Representative – Regional Sales Manager / National Account Manager

GHA Technologies, Inc. is an employee‑owned, leading technology reseller that specializes in AI, green data center, and virtualization solutions. We are hiring experienced technology sales professionals to join our high‑growth, nationwide sales organization.

This role will be responsible for generating sales of AI and green data center technology to enterprise customers. Eligible candidates will pursue new accounts, build and maintain relationships with C‑level decision makers, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic account planning.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $96,000 – $2,000,000 annually (subject to experience and performance)
  • Fast‑start bonus: $10,000 per month for 12 months (first year target $120k)
  • First‑week training pay: $2,500 (first five training days)
  • Quarterly & annual earnings targets: 200% profit margin for first 90 days, 40%–59% after 90 days
  • Call & ability bonuses: $1,500 per week for minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment
  • Virtual appointment bonus: $500 per virtual appointment (no bonus limit)
  • New client account credits: up to $10,000 (first 90 days)
  • Account donation credits: up to $5,000 (first 90 days)
  • Gift card credits: up to $400 for business‑building activities
  • Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and annual stock shares
  • W‑2 employment, 401(k) retirement plan, HSA medical/dental benefits

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years direct technology sales experience
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions to large corporate or government accounts
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build long‑term relationships
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable with high‑volume, target‑based sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
