Territory Account Manager

We are looking for a Territory Account Manager to strategically manage our business for the Connecticut territory. This critical role drives revenue, increases market share, develops strong customer and partner relationships, and develops new business. The candidate will execute the sales go-to-market strategy and work with channel partners to drive sales and channel functions. Candidate residence within the territory is required.
ResponsibilitiesExecute the sales go-to-market strategy. Work with channel partners to increase win rates. Manage and nurture growth opportunities using an account planning process. Build and drive execution of a territory account plan that includes working with partners and internal specialists to increase win rate.
Qualifications- 8+ years of proven track record in sales, technical sales, or a related field.
- Experience working with IT and/or networking and wireless products with the ability to tap into technology to provide value-added business outcomes.
- Technical aptitude of IP networking and wireless products, software solutions, and service offerings.
- Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and consultative sales techniques.
- Experience presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences including C-level executives.
- Proficient in the understanding of MEDDICC and SFDC forecast methodologies.
- Proven self-starter who is open to coaching and mentoring.
- Positive track record of delivering and overachieving revenue goals.
- Proficient in forecast methodologies and providing weekly updates.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
- Strong sales force hygiene management.
- Thorough understanding and ability to meet KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent.
- Fluency in English language required.
The expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $ - $.

Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
