Motive is a website platform for franchise auto dealerships, used by hundreds of dealerships and millions of consumers. Our mission is to make car shopping great by giving manufacturers and their dealers simple, high-performing websites that customers love to use.

We’re growing fast, partnering with OEMs like BMW, Genesis, Lexus, Nissan, INFINITI, and Harley-Davidson, as well as some of the largest dealer groups in the world.

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive who will work to prospect, nurture, demo, and close opportunities with innovative dealerships.

This role requires a highly detail-oriented, technical individual with a strong belief that exceptional digital experiences can meaningfully improve the consumer experience when shopping for a vehicle online.

• Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities with new clients.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and post-demo follow up.
• Manage a full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers and digital marketing leaders.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and dealership technology needs.

• Evidence of exceptional ability
• 3+ years of experience SaaS sales in automotive
• A high performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

$70,000 - $80,000 of base salary with OTE of $275,000

• This pay scale is inclusive of various prerequisites and levels of proficiency, and will be further narrowed throughout the interview process.
• Your compensation will additionally include meaningful stock option compensation.
• Motive contributes 100% of the cost of employees' and 50% of dependents’ health, dental, and vision insurance premiums.

Remote, OKC preferred
