Anchor Utility is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead new logo acquisition across the multifamily and student housing markets. This role is designed for an experienced, consultative seller who brings credibility with enterprise operators and thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
You will own the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting through close—serving as a trusted advisor to senior operators, asset managers, and executive leaders navigating resident billing, utility recovery, and expense management challenges.
This is a high-autonomy role with meaningful influence, visibility, and upside for sellers who know how to drive complex deals forward.
What You’ll DoLead Complex Enterprise Sales
- Own full-cycle new logo sales within assigned enterprise accounts and territory
- Leverage existing industry relationships while building new executive-level connections
- Run advanced, consultative discovery with senior stakeholders
- Design tailored solutions addressing operational, financial, and compliance needs
- Lead executive presentations, ROI discussions, and strategic demos
- Manage pricing, negotiations, and contract execution through close
Navigate Sophisticated Buying Committees
- Influence multi-threaded buying groups across operations, finance, asset management, and executive leadership
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM
- Partner with Sales Leadership to align deals with revenue targets and strategic priorities
- Maintain disciplined deal qualification and forecast hygiene
Serve as a Market Leader
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Provide strategic feedback on market trends, competitors, and product positioning
- Act as a trusted voice of the customer internally
Experience
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including deep exposure to enterprise sales
- Strong background in multifamily, student housing, Prop Tech, utilities, or related verticals
- Experience selling SaaS or services-based solutions
