• Manage and grow business through consistent communication with assigned owners and internal teams, focusing on STAMPS, seed, and services
• Coach and train retail sellers at the farm-gate on products, programs, and technologies to influence grower decisions
• Execute strategic plans in partnership with top retailer sellers using tools like the Account Plan and ACRE sprints
• Communicate the total acre value proposition to top retailer sellers, including brand strategies and pricing
• Record all relevant account details in CRM software (Salesforce)

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 2 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 7 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales
• Proactive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to coach and mentor others, suggesting improvements and leading change
• Experience using Microsoft products and CRM software (Salesforce)
• Must have a current and valid state driver’s license

• Technical agriculture product/crop expertise and ability to educate others on products and services
• Experience demonstrating agility and adapting quickly to change
• Ability to effectively manage projects and work independently
