Senior Account Manager; IT Solutions - Remote

Walker Healthforce, an industry leader in the placement of Healthcare Technology Consultants, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client partnership team.

• Develop a strategic sales plan for assigned client accounts identifying additional revenue streams and sustained account development.
• Forecast and track key account metrics on assigned accounts.
• Meet regularly with clients to understand business needs and educate them on our services and workforce solutions through development of presentations and capability overviews.
• Identify innovative opportunities to improve our client’s workforce challenges.
• Function as a customer advocate; stay abreast of new technology and trends.
• Build and strengthen client and key consultant relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and continued account development.
• Identify and build new customer relationships within existing accounts.

• Minimum of 4 yrs. experience in a similar role with strong consideration given to a candidate with a background in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Healthcare payer / IT Solutions experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required
