ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achieving Indonesia country sales revenue and operating profit targets. Serve as a bridge between customers and the company by providing high‑quality service, helping resolve and communicate issues, and enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Manage product categories, conduct sales forecasting, and related tasks.
Main Duties- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans based on the company’s sales and profit targets, including task allocation, channel development, customer network building, and sales strategies.
- Provide accurate market insights, including trends, demand changes, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Develop new clients within the industry, identify and pursue potential customers, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Engage in business negotiations and partnership agreements with potential partners.
- Participate in business negotiations, meetings, and related events with clients to ensure project cooperation and success.
- Diploma or above; at least 5 years of Indonesia local sales experience, with 2+ years in lighting, building materials, or electrical‑related industries.
- Strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven client development skills, resilience, and the ability to support market expansion in line with company strategies.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required due to the need to liaise heavily with native (non‑English speaking) Chinese counterparts.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia language.
