Pump Sales Engineer, Food & Beverage

. This role is remote and supports the Southeast/Midwest territory. You will report to the Business Line and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales.
• Industrial and rotating equipment sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience using a CRM.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
