• Qualify leads and assess client needs to align with the agency's strategic goals
• Conduct follow-up on active leads, overcoming objections with confidence
• Facilitate discussions with key decision-makers, capturing essential client requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and track outcomes in project management tools
• Collaborate with team members to develop sales tactics and presentations

• Proven agency experience in business development within the website, SaaS, or technology sectors
• Strong presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated passion for helping clients succeed and turning challenges into opportunities
• Familiarity with technical aspects of websites or services is a bonus

• 3+ years of experience in Drupal & Word Press website sales
• Previous experience as a website sales representative or business development representative in a digital agency
• Knowledge of Hub Spot and Teamwork software platforms
