• Host scheduled virtual consultations to understand client needs
• Guide clients through benefit options and enrollment with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate client records and handle follow-up communications
• Deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships
• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development
