Key ResponsibilitiesThe Oil Sales & Market Development Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding market channels for recycled transformer oil and dielectric fluids processed across Emerald Transformer’s facilities. This role focuses on maximizing value and sales volume by identifying, qualifying, and building relationships with new and existing buyers of recycled oil feed stocks. The ideal candidate will have both commercial acumen and a technical understanding of oil recycling, specification, and downstream application.
Working cross-functionally with facility managers, purchasing and sales, this person ensures the company’s oil output is aligned with the most profitable and sustainable markets.
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to sell recycled transformer oil and dielectric fluids into domestic and international markets.
- Identify, qualify, and manage potential buyers including re-refiners, blenders, utilities, industrial manufacturers, chemical processors, brokers, and others.
- Evaluate each facility’s processing capabilities and oil specifications to match product quality with the right markets.
