Position: Sales Executive, SMB (Tax)

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and build opportunities within commercial accounts in a defined territory
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals using One Source sales methodology
  • Maintain relationships with customers post‑sale for upselling opportunities
  • Regularly update management on activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform internal business decisions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, particularly in complex software and services
  • Proven success in maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving sales quotas
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet urgent deadlines
  • Experience leading complex negotiations and delivering on agreements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in accounting/tax acumen
  • Experience in creating accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Strong experience with communication platforms such as SFDC, MS Excel, and Power Point
  • Proven ability to engage with C‑suite executives
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
