Position: Sales Executive, SMB (Tax)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify and build opportunities within commercial accounts in a defined territory
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Maintain relationships with customers post-sale for upselling opportunities
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform internal business decisions
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consultative sales, particularly in complex software and services
  • Proven track record in maintaining customer satisfaction and upselling
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet urgent timelines
  • Experience in leading complex negotiations and achieving significant sales quotas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge in accounting/tax acumen
  • Experience with creating accurate sales forecasts and reports for strategic decision-making
  • Strong engagement skills with C-suite executives
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as SFDC, MS Excel, and communication platforms like Teams and Zoom
