- Proven ability to build long‑term professional relationships and earn trust with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with a focus on aligning internal teams and external buying committees
- Experience with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger Sales
- Ability to translate product capabilities into customer outcomes in transaction‑heavy environments
- Experience working with alternative asset managers such as private credit and real estate
- Proven drive and resilience in navigating challenges within a change‑resistant industry
- Demonstrated coachability and willingness to learn from feedback
- Ability to execute independently and develop creative solutions
- Familiarity with legal tech and information services
