Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in the North America - Eastern Region. This hybrid role requires engaging with clients, managing relationships with local representatives, and driving sales for our air control products. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new opportunities, meeting sales goals, and conducting training sessions for clients. Some work from home flexibility is provided, with frequent travel required throughout the assigned region to support client success and strengthen our market presence.

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development within HVAC or related industries
• Strong Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of HVAC products, or a willingness to learn
• Ability to strategize, analyze, and execute successful sales plans
• Effective Time Management and Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and regions
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to travel frequently within the Eastern Region
