• Drive results by identifying effective customer engagement channels and developing territory growth strategies
• Prospect new customers, validate needs, and close deals
• Manage relationships focusing on new logo acquisition and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Utilize Salesforce for reporting and managing sales opportunities
• Gather client and market intelligence to understand customer needs within assigned territory

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in sales concepts, methods, and techniques
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations

• Experience selling legal products to large law accounts
• Knowledge of West products and the legal profession
• High level of competency in internet and prospecting techniques
• Database management skills
