• Assist in developing and implementing long-term and annual marketing plans for Crop Protection
• Promote GROWMARK Crop Protection products and services consistent with business objectives
• Maintain relationships with vendors and manage vendor marketing programs
• Initiate sales calls to FS Members and target customers to promote crop protection brands
• Prepare monthly sales status and activity reports

• College degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in the Crop Protection Industry
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to travel independently and overnight as needed
• Capability to acquire and maintain a United States Passport

• Experience in developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans
• Strong business knowledge and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in the Crop Protection Industry is advantageous
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and customer focus skills
• Willingness to participate in required training related to company policies and procedures
