- Manage the entire sales process targeting customers within the United States Navy (USN) market
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and customers, identifying new opportunities for MIMO solutions
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to enhance sales development
- Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
- Develop and communicate a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to customers
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
- Deep understanding of USN procurement processes and military applications
- Experience leading all phases of business capture, including proposals and strategic positioning
- Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain one within 12 months
- Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
- Extensive experience with US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW)
- Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications challenges
- Proven track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
- Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
