Position: Crop Protection Area Sales Manager - GROWMARK, Inc. - Remote (OH)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement long‑term and annual marketing plans for Crop Protection products
  • Lead promotion and communication of GROWMARK Crop Protection product offerings
  • Identify and develop new opportunities while collaborating with FS Members
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and manage vendor marketing programs
  • Analyze competitors and provide market intelligence to strengthen sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • College degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in the Crop Protection industry
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to travel independently and overnight as needed
  • Willingness to participate in required training related to the position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the agricultural sector, particularly with crop protection products
  • Strong background in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships in a sales environment
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis methodologies
