Position: Director of Sales, OEM / Prime Partners

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage day-to-day relationships and account management for multiple OEM/Prime partners
  • Execute the complete sales cycle from receiving RFQs to closing sales and expanding opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Silvus technology within OEM/Prime accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, program managers, and procurement officers
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly update CRM with forecasts and opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems
  • Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations
  • Must have or be able to obtain a SECRET level clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in business development and sales specifically within autonomous military systems
  • Familiarity with alternative MANET technologies and their competitive strengths
