What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in the US Navy account domain.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Navy market.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions impacting company positioning.
- Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility.
- Deep understanding of US Navy procurement processes and relevant military applications.
- Solid understanding of US DoD funding and procurement cycles.
- Must have or be able to obtain a SECRET US Government security clearance within 12 months of the start date.
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field.
- Experience in autonomous military systems and strong technical acumen in US Navy tactical communications.
- Leadership, management, and program management experience.
- Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions.
- Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution.
