Position: Director of Sales, United States Navy (USN)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in the United States Navy (USN)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions impacting the company’s positioning
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and update CRM with forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Demonstrated experience in autonomous military systems and US Navy tactical communications
  • Strong technical acumen related to military C2, C5

    ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications
  • Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
  • Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
