- Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in the United States Navy (USN)
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions impacting the company’s positioning
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and update CRM with forecasts
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
- Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
- Demonstrated experience in autonomous military systems and US Navy tactical communications
- Strong technical acumen related to military C2, C5
ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications - Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
- Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
