Position: Director of Sales, OEM / Prime Partners

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage day-to-day account relationships for multiple OEM/Prime accounts
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from RFQ receipt to closing sales, focusing on recurring orders
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for Silvus technology insertion within partner accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers and procurement officers at OEM/Prime companies
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems
  • Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations, such as defense primes
  • Must have or be able to obtain a SECRET US Government security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in business development and sales within autonomous military systems
  • Understanding of alternative MANET technologies and their strengths
