Position: Director of Sales, United States Marine Corps (USMC)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process, focusing on the USMC account domain
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USMC market
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
  • Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and manage CRM updates
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate their value
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college plus a minimum of 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 8 years of experience
  • Prior US DoD military service with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Deep understanding of USMC procurement and relevant program offices
  • Knowledge of military C2, C5

    ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications
  • Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Demonstrated business development and sales experience in autonomous military systems
  • Extensive USMC or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) experience
  • Strong technical acumen regarding USMC tactical communications challenges
  • Proven track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
  • Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
