What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process for Silvus' MIMO-MANET products within the US Army account
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
  • Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior US DOD military service, with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility throughout military tenure
  • Deep understanding of US Army procurement and military applications
  • Experience leading all phases of business capture including proposals and strategic positioning
  • Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of the start date
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Proven track record managing complex accounts and influencing long‑term procurement programs
  • Extensive US Army communications‑focused experience
  • Strong technical acumen regarding US Army tactical communications challenges and solutions
  • Strong communication skills and a network at Army program offices and commands
