Position: Director of Sales, OEM / Prime Partners

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage day-to-day account relationships for multiple named OEM/Prime accounts
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle for OEM/Primes from receiving RFQs to closing sales
  • Identify new opportunities for Silvus technology insertion within named accounts
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with engineers, program managers, and procurement officers
  • Contribute to building a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities and maintain accurate CRM updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems
  • Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations
  • Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of start date
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in business development and sales within autonomous military systems
  • Working understanding of alternative MANET technologies and their relative strengths
  • Additional relevant educational qualifications
