Position: Director of Sales, OEM / Prime Partners

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the day‑to‑day account relationships for multiple named OEM/Prime accounts
  • Execute the complete sales cycle from receiving an RFQ to closing the sale, and expand opportunities for recurring orders
  • Identify new opportunities for Silvus technology insertion within named OEM/Prime accounts
  • Establish and maintain strong technical and business relationships with key personnel at partner companies
  • Regularly update the CRM database with a forecast of opportunities from OEM/Primes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems
  • Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations, such as defense primes or large tech OEMs
  • Must have clearance at SECRET level, or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of the start date; U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in business development and sales within autonomous military systems
  • Understanding of alternative MANET technologies and their strengths
