- Engage in a dynamic role that supports the growth of cutting‑edge tactical communications technologies
- Manage the day‑to‑day account relationships for multiple named OEM/Prime accounts
- Execute the complete sales cycle from receiving an RFQ to closing the sale, and expand opportunities for recurring orders
- Identify new opportunities for Silvus technology insertion within named OEM/Prime accounts
- Establish and maintain strong technical and business relationships with key personnel at partner companies
- Regularly update the CRM database with a forecast of opportunities from OEM/Primes
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems
- Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations, such as defense primes or large tech OEMs
- Must have clearance at SECRET level, or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of the start date; U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in business development and sales within autonomous military systems
- Understanding of alternative MANET technologies and their strengths
